The spaceThe main floor features an open-concept large living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with top of the line appliances, and a formal dining room with a table for 12.The master bedroom includes a king bed with en-suite bathroom and a beautiful bay window with seating area looking out onto the lake.There are 2 more bedrooms on this level: one with a queen bed and the other with two single twin beds. We also have a private bonus room on this floow with a queen sleeper sofa and fantastic lake views. There is an additional full bath and half bath on this floor as well.This level also includes multiple doors accessing the beautiful back porch, which is half-open and half-screened in. Great seating areas for everyone to enjoy their morning coffee or evening cocktail and enjoy a wide view of the lake.There is a paved driveway with basketball hoop, and ample parking for up to 4 cars, with garage parking for an additional car. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, and an extra refrigerator available for you to use in the garage.The stairs to the finished lower level bring you to a beautiful space that features amazing stone work and a custom-built recreation space with bar. There is a billiards table, air hockey table, and plenty of board games the family will enjoy! Surround sound theatre system makes this room a great place for movie-night or to watch sports!On this level you will also find a separate gym/yoga room, with a ballet bar, yoga mats, and free weights, and another half bath.One side of this lower level has the bedroom with bunk beds (Queen over Queen, and a Twin over Full) with en suite bathroom. On the other side of the lower level is the 2nd Master - the private guest suite with king bed, en-suite bath, sitting area, and French doors with direct access to the screened in porch, backyard, and waterfront.With over 200 ft of waterfront, this home includes a walk-in sandy beach and boat dock, spacious yard, fire pit, lawn games, and both screened & unscreened back porches.25 minutes from Gunstock mountain.30 minutes from Ragged mountain.
