Please take shoes off at door entrance.8.Noise and neighbors- must keep noise to a minimum and reasonable level from 9pm till the next day. This is not a party house. If any issues with noise and parties, whether small, medium, or large, we will submit a claim and not return the security deposit we hold.-We use noise monitoring sensors (Noiseaware) to detect noise (not recording), and if we receive notifications of excessive loud noises, we reserve the right to evict you after several attempts of us asking you to reduce noise.-Background checks- we use Autohost to check backgrounds and may need to collect more information to go with your IDs and credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not pass or or have any bad history.- You Must accurately share how many guests are coming. If the number exceeds that, there will be a $500 minimum fee for each guest per day.** MESSAGE US TO SEE IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU AT A SPECIAL RATE.
