House is clean & comfortable with outdoor space on a quiet street. Parking for up to 5 cars and up to 2 pets are welcome.Living room offers comfy seating including a power lift chair (parents please don't allow this to be a toy), 65" big screen TV with Neftflix, Roku, etc., and a variety of books and games. Dining table with seating for 8, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and full bath all on main floor. One small step down takes you to the "play room" with kids toys and bumper pool/poker table. In the basement is the laundry area with free washer & dryer use and a 2nd full bath with 4 ft. shower.
