There is plenty of space inside and outside weddings and events, subject to approval. Just 20 minutes from CLE airport, the estate boasts a large kitchen and 7 bedrooms along with a private pond for guests enjoyment. The tennis court has pickle ball nets readily available, and new owners have huge improvements planned. 1st floor has 4 bedroomsGuest room 1 has 2 queen bedsGuest room 2 has 1 queen bedGuest room 3 has 1 king bedGuest room 4 has 2 twin bunk beds, 1 full/twin bunk bed combo2nd Floor has 3 bedroomsThe master has a king size bed and en suite bathroom Cleveland room with one king size bed.Princess room has two full bunks and en suite bathroom There is total privacy on this 18 acre estate. Although this is a wedding venue, we do not allow huge parties or ragers. This is checked via outdoor security cameras and property management. Message us for event fees. Guests caught hosting events without permission will be escorted off the property and forfeit their deposit.Important: We are committed to protecting our properties with a refundable damage deposit. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $500 per day.This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection.A security deposit of $900.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date. If you lose the key to the side door its a $300 replacement fee because that door and key are custom.Due to the size of the property we have groundskeepers that periodically attend to exterior of the property. We may need access to the garage or shed during your stay. *Payment processors charge a 3% fee. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window you will still be charged a 3% fee.*
