WE HAVE STRICT RULES AGAINT PARTIES, EVENTS, NOISE & SMOKING.THE HOME:The renovated 2 story spacious home is furnished with everything you need-Living Room: Large living room with comfortable sofa and 55inch smart TV-Bedrooms 4: Two rooms on main floor and Two additional room on bottom floor (all with comfortable Queen Beds)-Bathrooms 2: One full size large bathroom with Tub on main floor and One full size bathroom with spacious shower on the bottom floor-Private/Dedicated work area: On main floor with Desk/Chair and High Speed WiFi-Kitchen/Dining Room: Large kitchen with all appliances and utensils to cook and comfortably enjoy your meals at large marble dining table -Laundry: Full size washer and dryer with everything you need - FREE-Private Deck and Fully Fenced back yard: Enjoy the deck just off the dining room; Back yard is perfect for your kids and pets.-AC and Fans: Normally don't need an AC in Pacific NW but we have an AC in main/common area and portable fans in all roomsParking: Large and long driveway perfect for RVs and larger vehicles; additional parking on the side of the street. Unless coordinated before arrival max two vehicles allowed on the premises.Security and Privacy: This property does have exterior security camaras on the front and back of house. We never have any devices inside the property.GUEST ACCESS:Our homes have key pad locks for easy self Check-In-Check-Out process . You will be provided with necessary information and key pad code couple of days before your arrival.
