All conveniently located to daily needs and Seattle / Tacoma, East Side areaPlease be respectful of our home(s) and keep it clean No animals allowed No service animal allowed due to the owner issues with the allergy No Smoking Inside the house or on a decks allowed under any circumstances. No shoes in the house No Wet Clothes inside the house NO Eating or Drinking in a house other than in the kitchen and dining area MAXIMUM ALLOWED UP TO TWELVE GUEST TOTAL NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS, with out written approval. The number of guests you put in when booking should be 100% accurate. It is STRICTLY enforced. Strictly no unauthorized guests and loud parties. All the used dishes must be put in the dishwasher before check-out. Inform the host if anything was damaged or broken. Garage and LOG cabin are not accessible, used as a storage. ON SITE PARKING FOR 8 CARS, NO PARKING PERMITTED ON A NEIGHBORING PROPERTY.
