This is the perfect secluded getaway for the seeker who feels the pull to reconnect with nature & revitalize their spirit.Home Highlights:- 6 private acres of tranquil old growth forest surrounded by acres of farmland- Amazing views of forest Sunrise and Sunset- A short drive to Rainier and the central Cascades- Close to Crystal Mt Ski Resort (1 hour drive)Your journey starts when you turn off a quiet country road and down our long ¼ mile private drive that winds its way through old growth trees to our peaceful forest retreat. You will be close to endless hiking, and mountain bike trails as well as fishing streams and lakes, with Mt Rainier peeking out above our 5 bedroom, 3 bath home.☼BEDROOMS & BATH☼Our house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for couples, friends or families. The primary or 'Sunrise bedroom,' as we call it, includes one king-size bed with cozy cotton & linen sheets, a fireplace, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The other bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and single -size bed with cotton & linen sheets. All bedrooms are designed to feel minimalistic with plenty of closet space. We also offer one queen-size deluxe comfort plush luxury airbed which is located in our blanket chest in the living room, where the bed can be set up with cotton & linen sheets. One room has a pullout bed that is a twin when not pulled out and a double twin when pulled out.☼KITCHEN & DINING☼The fully equipped kitchen features an electric range, oven and a full sized refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. The original refurbished cabinets are fully stocked with ceramic cookware & organic spices for use during your stay. Feel free to enjoy the sunrise paired with a cup of Joe from either the French press or the single serve Keurig.Thinking of throwing a shrimp on the barbie? Just steps outside the living room is a propane BBQ and picnic table set for grilling & chilling. The views from the deck are breathtaking.Inside, the dining table seats eight and four more at the kitchen counter. There is also a relaxing nook in the kitchen that seats four, or you can opt for outdoor dining at the picnic table on the patio.☼INDOORS☼You’ll enter the home into a large living room with both a wood and pellet stove to keep you toasty warm. If that does not warm you up, you can turn on the sauna for further relaxing. You may notice there is no TV... in its place, we encourage a bit of conscious reading, or playing games (in the hallway closet). This does not mean you cannot have movie night. The living room has a big screen projector that streams all the major movie services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, etc.).☼OUTDOORS☼Our house is on six acres of mostly raw forest. The immediate backyard has a creek running right up to the house. The small pond has lots of frogs and goldfish. The deck has gates you can close to allow your pet to run in the side yard. Feel free to explore the woods and creekside.Our propane BBQ is available for use as well and please feel free to enjoy dinner on the picnic table under the stars.☼MORE DETAILS☼The house boasts AC and heat to keep you comfortable year-round.A sauna that comfortably seats four.Parking is available on-site for as many as 10 vehicles.There is WiFi throughout.Please contact us if you have any questions about the home or the area in general. Note: A $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!*There is an available Level 2 EV charger in the garage.
