The unit itself is comfortable, cozy. and very well maintained. Most of the furnishings are brand new and you can tell that the owners have put a lot of effort into the place. The main king bed is great, and the pull-out sofa is a high-end springless design that is the most comfortable sofa bed we have ever used. The entrance to the unit is on the back side of the house giving you plenty of privacy from the street, and the deck overlooks the neighborhood park where you will often see elk wandering by. With the grill on the deck and the nicely equipped kitchenette, you have everything you need for a great stay. If you’re stuck with bad weather, there’s plenty of space to enjoy games and movies. The house is located on a side street off of the main loop through the Ranch neighborhood so traffic is minimal. The neighborhood itself is a great place for walks or bike rides, and you have easy access to the river by walking across the park behind the house and picking up the hiking trail through the woods. The town of Greenwater is close by with basic amenities, and there are a myriad of hiking and mountain biking trails along 410 only minutes away. Of course, access to Rainier National Park and Crystal Mountain is super easy. We highly recommend this place and hope you enjoy your stay."
