Please note that if the door is open for more than 25 MINUTES - then the AC will turn OFF and it will take roughly 20 minutes for the AC to turn back on! - Check in: 3PM - Check out: 11AM - Check out directions: Please put all dishes in the sink, set the thermostat to 72 with fan on auto and message host that you have left the property. - No Smoking inside the house. - No Parties or events are allowed.
