This property offers 4 bedrooms & 3.5 baths. This house is close to everything. The kids can enjoy club nearby or take a walk down the brick path to the Hall of Philosophy or Amphitheater. Bedroom 1 on the second floor offers a Queen bed. The other 2 bedrooms on the second floor offer 2 Twin beds in each room. The second floor also offers 2 full bathrooms with showers only. The third floor is a beautiful large loft offering a King bed and a Queen bed and attached renovated full bath with shower only. There is a private porch on each level to enjoy along with 2 parking spaces (need to purchase passes through Chautauqua Institution). Cable, Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning are also offered at this property. Feel free to bring along your furry friend as this property is dog friendly as well!
