The kitchen is lined with custom cherry cabinets, includes all major appliances, and also has two sink areas plus a peninsula island for ample food prep space and informal meals/conversations on the high bar chairs. The master bedroom with custom king bed, ample closet space, and accessibility bathroom are on the first floor, with private entrance to a side sitting porch. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with bunk/two twin beds and one with a queen bed and a private sitting alcove), one full bath, and common areas with a single sleeper chair and a queen sleeper sofa. The basement is fully finished and features a private bedroom and full bathroom, along with a game and exercise room complete with foosball table, ping pong table, and various work out equipment.
