This cabin sets back from the main road without any homes between the cabin and the lake, and has property to explore. Bring your beach toys because you have close access to the lake, just a short 1/4 mile trail downhill! Seasonal fun awaits you year-round whether you want to take some friends to the lake for a swim, fishing, boating, hiking, or an outdoor campfire with s’mores! There is space to park your boat or ATVs, too. During the colder months, enjoy a cozy fire with the indoor fireplace, or get outside and go sledding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or skiing. The cabin has two decks, with the front deck boasting great mountain and peek-a-boo lake views (or star gazing at night!) The back deck is the perfect spot to watch the sun creep over the trees as you drink your coffee and enjoy watching some wildlife! There is also a propane barbecue to grill up some delicious family dinners. On the back of the property, you will find an outdoor fire pit nestled amongst the tall pines. Inside the cabin, you'll find an open floor plan, large windows to take in the views, and plenty of space for you to play board games, watch tv or movies, or read a book while cozying up to the wood-burning fireplace. With modern amenities like Wifi, a SmartTV, A/C, and heat, you will be comfortable year-round. Work remotely with steady internet, while still enjoying the mountain life. Special upgrades like a magnetic shower head, outlets to plug in your phones on both sides of each bed, and fully stocked kitchen supplies that go far beyond your average vacation home allow you to cook or bake to your delight. There are plenty of games, books, and a DVD collection for both adults and children. The bedding includes high-end mattresses, pillows, linens, and a pack n’ play for your little ones. The town of Cascade is less than a couple of miles away with a grocery store, gas stations, and anything else you may need.THINGS TO KNOWPlease be respectful of neighbors’ privacy.Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
