Luxurious Cabin Close to Lake Cascade, Hot Tub This luxurious log cabin nestled in the tranquility of the Cascade woodlands provides the ideal mountain retreat for a one of a kind getaway. Boasting a high vaulted ceiling with beautiful loge architecture, bask in the openness of its inviting atmosphere. At just 1/2 mile from the lake shores of Cascade, You can also enjoy the convenience of launching a boat at Lake Cascade Boat Ramp, or enjoy a picnic at Crown Point Campground just minutes away. Either way, let this mountain cabin be the perfect spot for all your outdoor recreation needs.Some of our favorite things to do at The Lodge on Shore Drive:- Relax in the Hot Tub- 1/4 mile walk to the lake shore for swimming, paddle boarding, or beaching a boat in the secluded cove- 30 min drive to Gold Fork Hot Springs (entrance fee)- 30 min drive to Trail Creek Hot Springs (free public access to natural springs)- Ski, snowboard, or mountain bike at Tamarack resort. - Ride ATVs, bikes, and snowmobiles on nearby trails. - Enjoy meals together around the large dining table- Roast marshmallows around the fire pit- Play games together (we have several, like: trivia, Monopoly Deal, Uno, Farkle, playing cards, Chess, and puzzles.)- Stream movies or watch DVDs or Blu-rays on either or both TVs- Enjoy the mountain air while watching the sunset from a rocking chair on the back deck- Watch meteor showers from the sandy beachThank you for considering us for your vacation! Please take a moment to review our policies:Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking. Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
