They will be available during your entire stay!This rental only includes the LEFT side of the house. The RIGHT side is occupied sometimes by the owner.2 bedrooms | 1 Bath | Sleeps 4 *only includes the left side as seen in pictures!BEDROOMS- Primary: King bed- Bedroom 2: Two full beds- TVs in bedrooms- Personal fans in each roomBATHROOMS- Primary Bath: walk-in shower + two single vanity's- one located in each bedroom- Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, fluffy towels and hair dryer provided in each bathroomAMENITIES- Coffee: Keurig machine - coffee provided + sweetener, creamer- Microwave + toaster- Mini fridge- Iron & ironing boardENTERTAINMENT + WORK- Smart TVs- Use your login to access a variety of streaming apps- WiFi: please note, it can be spotty at times!YARD + PATIO- Covered porch with outdoor dining table, patio chairs and a large gas fireplace to wine down with friends!- Gas Fire Pit located outside-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. - When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).- We are located off of the main road. Expect to hear road noise. - There are also spots on the property for RV hookups. During the antique show, expect to see other people on the property!- The rental does not have a kitchen!-Concierge service available! Private chef, grocery delivery, in-room massage, and more!- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
