Breathtaking views and a cozy, but comfortable atmosphere make this a place we're bookmarking for future trips!*This review was originally for a stay in June 2020RATING5Review DetailGUEST NAMECoreyTRIP DATE6/12/2020REVIEW SUMMARYREVIEW DETAILWe had the most amazing weekend at this outstanding property! The house was next level creme de la creme from the well taken care of grounds to the build of the cabin.... again, next level. Shower pressure! Oh my....yes! Sitting on the edge of the river by the fire pit in the evening with drinks is a must as well. We felt like we where in our own little world out here it was so private and quite. This cabin belongs in a Filson catalog! üåüüåüüåüüåüüåüWe will be coming back as long as its available to rent for the foreseeable future. Has everything you need. It's perfect. Communication was great. Thanx for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. Until next time.RATING5Review DetailGUEST NAMEHumbertoTRIP DATE6/26/2020REVIEW SUMMARYREVIEW DETAILThe host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location feels private and cozy. An off-the-grid cabin in the woods to enjoy nature. I absolutely loved my stay here. Firepit, BBQ, comfy bed, nice living room to relax...it's got everything. I especially loved waking up in the morning and jumping into the river. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay.RATING5RESPONSEReview DetailGUEST NAMEBetteTRIP DATE7/1/2020REVIEW SUMMARYTop notch cabinREVIEW DETAILWow! is all I can say. One of the most gorgeous cabins and location I’ve ever been to. Fully stocked and high end everything. View is amazing. Can’t wait to book again.RATING5KatherineTRIP DATE7/22/2020REVIEW SUMMARYREVIEW DETAILSkykomish River cabin is as beautiful in person as it is in photos! And the river is even better!! We had a wonderful time relaxing amongst mountain views and crystal clear water. Our only regret is that we did not bring tubes or floats, as the river was perfect for playing and the sun was hot and shining! The authentic log cabin is charming and lovely with attention to detail. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, spices, etc. The 2 main bedrooms are very comfortable and the loft easily accommodates lots of kids. We had 4 young adult children (17-25) who slept in the common space loft and they found it to be sufficient and spacious. Lastly, there are plenty of amazing hikes and day trips in the area. It was a wonderful stay and we would recommend and return!RATING5Review DetailGUEST NAMENancy C.TRIP DATE7/27/2020REVIEW SUMMARYGreat river access, comfortable cabinREVIEW DETAILOur family of 2 adults and 2 young kids loved our time at this cabin! The inside space is comfortable and well-stocked and the outside space can't be beat. The deck and yard were great for both kid time and solo adult time and the access to the river is excellent with many rocks for skipping, exploring and building, a sandy-ish area with less rocks and slow moving water (great for the kids) and lots of space for fishing. The owner was very accessible and responded to messages quickly. Thank you for sharing this lovey space, we hope to be back soon!RATING5Review DetailGUEST NAMEJamie H.TRIP DATE8/14/2020REVIEW SUMMARYAwesome place!REVIEW DETAILThe cabin was amazing, clean, and stocked for all our needs! Highly recommend to anybody looking for a wonderful stay with thoughtful hosts and amazing natural beauty.RATING5Review DetailGUEST NAMEMonicaTRIP DATE8/20/2020REVIEW SUMMARYREVIEW DETAILOur last night at the cabin my husband and I were sitting by the fire looking up at an incredible scene of stars and I said “in our review of this place is it too much to say this cabin is what dreams are made of?” We decided it was the most accurate statement we could make about the cabin. It’s so perfect! My family had the most amazing time playing by the river, doing nearby hikes and having nightly fires with s’mores. We celebrated my birthday and our anniversary there with our kids and could not have had better days. My boys asked if we could live there and my husband and I want to return every summer. John and Lilah are very kind, helpful and communicative. Thank you for sharing your amazing space with us, we can’t wait to visit again!RATING5Review DetailGUEST NAMEManuTRIP DATE8/24/2020REVIEW SUMMARYREVIEW DETAILAwesome experience.
