Public access to the beach is nearby, so miles of gorgeous coastline is only a quick walk away. What's nearby:The home is located just across the highway from Ocean Beaches Glassblowing & Gallery, which demonstrates the art of glassblowing every afternoon. The Wood Carving Outlet and Seal Rock Espresso & Bakery are just a short walk further south. Seal Rock State Recreation Site, home to Oregon's famous tidepools and sea lions, is just over a half mile from the house. The charming city of Newport, with its bustling bayfront, great shops, restaurants, and breweries, is only 10 miles north on Hwy 101. Things to know:Free WiFi and cableFull kitchenUp to two family dogs are welcome* Please note that there are two active security cameras at this home including one above the east deck off of the upstairs room (looking at the hose bib in the yard and the driveway) and another in the upper story eaves looking out at the oceanIf you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Security camera details: Above the east deck off of the upstairs room (looking at the hose bib in the yard that serves the irrigation system; note that this one also has a view of the driveway: upper story eaves looking out at the ocean. Note that this does not have a view of the deck, firepit area, or hot tub at all, just the roof and the rocks/wavesDamage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
