The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action.Nestled in between Newport attractions and culinary town of Yachats, State parks and beauty abound.No pets and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
