A renovated historic house with 4 bedrooms (master down and upstairs), 2 baths one with step in shower and the other a clawfoot tub and shower wand, laundry room, dining table seats 8, twice that on the deck and tree shaded back yard. Gas grill, wireless wi-fi and cable TV of course. Kitchen is fully equipped, with a newer gas range and refrigerator.
