We love our home, and we know you will too! We have the largest 2-bedroom home in the area with huge windows in the kitchen and living room looking out at the Yellowstone River, Electric Peak and abundant wildlife wandering in the area. Take a moment and read our reviews, they speak for themselves!Our home is a good choice for large or small groups looking for a place to gather in the living room or dining area. Nightly rate up to 8 guests.We have a large kitchen with a beautiful custom-made farm table that will seat up to 8 comfortably! There is also an island with 2 additional counter height chairs. Plenty of room for the entire family to gather for meals, special holidays or celebrations! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cookware, bake ware, utensils and everything you need for your home away from home. We also have kids' dishes, highchair, booster seat and a pack-n play.We have the largest living room in the area with vaulted ceilings. Our home offers a full-size sofa and love seat, reclining chair, 65" flat screen SMART TV, electric fireplace and HUGE windows! Wow! The view from this home is absolutely amazing! Electric Peak, Devils Slide, Yellowstone River, elk, bison, deer and so much more! Plenty of room to relax and entertain family and friends after a day in the park or sightseeing.· Cleaning fee is $200 per stay (this is what our housekeeper charges). Parking is free! · This home is a NO-SMOKING, NO-VAPING home. One owner is highly allergic. If there is any indication of smoking in the home or near the home, there will be a $500 penalty assessed at check out,· FREE Hi Speed Wireless Wi-Fi· Large kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, double drawer dishwasher, pots, pans, bake ware, dishes, silverware, crock pot, coffee maker· Large living room with full size sofa, love seat, reclining chair, 65" Smart TV, electric fireplace· Two bedrooms both feature log beds· King Canopy log bed and Queen log bed · Two Full Size beds in the living room (with the large living room these are not in the way)· Two bathrooms with a tub/shower combination· Laundry room with washer, dryer, folding table, iron and ironing board· Over 1,600 Square feet of living space· Pack-N Play, Highchair and Booster seat are available for your use· This home is located on the 2nd floor with amazing views out the large windows· Two community fire pits located on the grounds, one is in the center common area and the 2nd one is located near the Yellowstone River· Less than 5 miles to the North Entrance· Less than 4 miles to Yellowstone Hot Springs (open year-round)· Full flight of stairs taking you up to the front door· Traveling to our home you will be driving on a gravel road for about 4 to 5 miles. The road is accessible year-round.· Abundant wildlife on your way to our home and around the common grounds· We are located in a remote area and due to wildlife (bears, crows, coyotes, wolves, etc) in the area, there is no trash service for homes from Gardiner to Livingston and all homes in the area are required to take their trash to the free dumpsters located on your way into the park and on your way to Livingston, located in secure fencing to protect the people as well as the animals in the area.There is an ATM/Bank, grocery store, restaurants, bars, laundromat and shopping located in Gardiner, 5 miles from our home. The Archway and entrance to Yellowstone National Park is 5 miles from our home and less than 1 mile from Gardiner, Montana. Please feel free to call or email with any questions! You will need to be able to climb a full flight of stairs to enter the home.I manage 6 condos in Maui as well, if you plan any future trips to Hawaii.Guest Access:The entire home, upstairs is private and for your use. The downstairs is owned by another family, but it is a private home with a private entrance. No part of the upstairs is shared or accessible by any other folks.The Neighborhood:We are located just off the Yellowstone River, and we are less than 5 miles from the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, 1 hour drive to Livingston, Montana and 1 1/2 hours to Bozeman, Montana. Our cabin sits above the other cabins in the area, so we have an amazing view with large windows to watch the wildlife daily!Getting Around:You will need a car while you are in the area. If you are interested in booking any activities like white water rafting, Old Faithful Geyser tours, etc. please feel free to contact us for additional information.Other Things to Note:Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking, Close to Yellowstone National Park and Yellowstone Hot Springs (less than 5 miles to our home)!
