This is the kind of place that your family will want to visit and return to over and over again. Wake up to the quiet serene sounds of only the waves, tucked away at the end of the street.Come home from hiking local trails or after a day relaxing on the beach to the fully equipped kitchen for the chef of your group to prepare dinner. The whole group can dine with the views and serene sounds of Nedonna Beach. Before stepping into the home, you can warm up with the hot water of the outdoor shower with two shower heads, one for adults and a lower one for children or your sandy toes!There are two bedrooms and a bunk bed with a central bathroom for lots of room and comfort. There is also a smart TV and stereo system in the living area. This is a classic beach house where you can let your hair down, relax, and spend time walking on the beach, exploring, having a beach bonfire, or sitting on the deck and dreaming. The internet in this home is high-speed and reliable for a tranquil environment while working from home.THINGS TO KNOWStreaming services are available with guests' own account(s).This vacation rental does not include air-conditioning.This home does not have direct beach access. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
