In the first duplex suite, you can spread out in a bright and welcoming living space filled with lots of comfortable furniture and coastal decor. You can stream your favorite content from the living room's flatscreen TV whenever you want to host a fun movie night with friends, and the full kitchen is waiting with all the appliances and counter space you'll need to turn out some delicious game-day snacks. Enjoy dinners and quick afternoon lunches at the breakfast bar with stool seating for eight. Off the kitchen, you'll find a shared bath, and there are four well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, one with an en-suite bath. Use the free WiFi to connect to your social media friends while the private washer/dryer take care of everyone's laundry. The central air conditioning will keep the home nice and cool on those hot summer days. You'll just be one minute from the beach, so bring your sand toys!The second suite enjoys soft carpeted floors and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, plus beachy decor and an open concept that combines the living and kitchen areas. As with the first suite, this kitchen includes a center prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar, with six barstools and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You can cook up a delightful meal before binging a good show with friends then let the dishwasher handle all the clean-up when it's time to head out. There is a shared bath off the kitchen and four bedrooms upstairs. And like the first suite, guests will have full access to a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and central air conditioning.THINGS TO KNOWParking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
