Each bedroom offers a queen size bed with lots of fluffy pillows. Tucked back off the street, it is a nice, private home that is perfect for that weekend getaway. Enjoy the sunsets and ocean views from your deck, or warm your toes in the evening by the propane fireplace. Whether you are enjoying a cup of hot chocolate or a glass of Pinot Noir, Sea Perch is what life at the beach is all about. This unit offers internet and cable television; All the comforts of home in this cozy 550-square-foot cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishware, and cutlery. Outside of the cottage is a charming courtyard, and just across the street from the cottages is the beach access walking path. You are also just half a block from the best espresso on the beach (and ice cream too!) and Paddy's Perch Restaurant is just around the corner. Have a large group? This lovely home shares a courtyard with Sea Oats, Starfish, Blue Fish, and Periwinkle. A great place for that family reunion!Things to know:Free WiFiDogs welcome for an additional fee (Leash law in effect in town and on beach)Full kitchen (without dishwasher)If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
