During the winter months, the house is located only 15 mins from Sunapee ski resort. Only 5 minutes drive from New London downtown where all the stores and restaurants are. Time to go back in? There's more to enjoy: hot tub, Sauna, board games, streaming your favorite shows, etc...With 1 King Bed in the Primary room and , 5 queen beds, and 2 Full.We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!Additional rulesShower before the entering the hot tub. No parking in the garage between May 1st and Oct 15th Swim in the lake at your own risk. No gatherings or parties of more than 20 people. *During the summer months, one week minimum stay is required.
