Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay then quality-checked.We have security and noise monitoring devices on property for your safety.Guest Access:Self check in with August Lock App & Code. Instructions will be provided the morning of your arrival. Please only use the smart lock keypad to lock and unlock the door. Do not lock bottom lock- will cause smart lock to fail and you will get locked out.The Neighborhood:Safe, quite neighborhood.Many shops, restaurants, grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive.Conveniently located:~5 miles to beach~5 minutes groceries, food and gasGetting Around:Restaurants and shopping easily accessible by car (many options 10 minutes or less).Other Things to Note:▸We may use noise monitoring and security camera devices to ensure our guests safety.▸Only use the smart lock keypad to lock/unlock the door. ▸24 hr maintenance and concierge not available▸Any issues/questions after 10pm may not get answered right away but will be followed up with ASAP ▸Security Deposit - $250 and refundable if no damages occur. Security deposit must be paid before check in. Guests that refuse to pay deposit will not be granted access for check in. ▸Extra guests - This space comfortably accommodates 8 guests. For additional guests over 8, there is a fee of $50/guest per night.▸Only use the smart lock keypad to lock/unlock the door. ▸Trash disposal method: Trash pick up Tuesday and Friday▸When booking and/or cancelling your stay at any of our listings, you hereby agree to not write a bad review without first making us aware of any issues that you are having, and allowing our team to fix the issue(s)Interaction with Guests:We choose to give guests their space, however, if needed we’re available by text or email.
