Please ENSURE all doors and windows remain shut for equipment to function properly.- SECURITY CAMERASThere is a security Ring camera at the front exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside of the home or the pool area to ensure your privacy.- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.- TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the trash can outside daily to keep a clean home.
