Back at Josie Dyas Cottage, cook up something delicious amidst the residential-sized kitchen's stainless steel appliances. Steps from here, the two beds and leather sofa overlook a smart TV. Balcony access is available off this space - offering an idyllic spot to sit and gaze out at lovely lake views. A fireplace is also available inside for cooler nights. As the sun begins to set over the charming coastal scenery, fire up the inn's shared gas grill and host a cookout. A clam cleaning session is available for those who have fished for their meals! Conclude the evening with marshmallows roasting over the firepit. Enjoy a game of Pickleball on the new court!Things to KnowThe hot tub is available to all guests at the property and is operating on a first come, first serve/available seats basis.Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).The cottage is not equipped with air-conditioning.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
