On the grounds, find grills, crab cookers, picnic tables, and firepits available for your use. Follow the path immediately west to meet a broad stretch of open beach, or head over to Grayland Beach State Park half a mile south. Explore the nearby town of Westport (seven miles), tour the International Mermaid Museum (13 miles), or hop on board a whale-watching or fishing charter. You can also enjoy a game of Pickleball on the new court!Named for Captain John Kendrick, the leader of the first European expedition to reach Grays Harbor and the man who named the Columbia River, this studio is a wonderful showcase of its surroundings. Through the sliding glass doors, find a grassy area with a picnic table and views of the dune grass stretching down toward the ocean.Every comfort is provided here, including a kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a four-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker), a bistro dining table, and both complimentary WiFi and a smart TV for your evening entertainment. At day's end, relax on the sofa or simply dive into the comfortable bed.Things to KnowThe hot tub is available to all guests at the property and is operating on a first come, first serve/available seats basis.There is no washer/dryer.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
