A long but narrow driveway offers parking for multiple cars. Upon entry, you are greeted by a massive foyer that sits at the center of the home. The foyer leads directly to the open living, dining, and kitchen layout that is an enormous space perfect for any group. The entire area is bathed in natural light and views that are so beautiful they borderline magical. Additionally there is a large deck with seating and a fire-table for you to relax to the ocean breezes and epic views. Almost the entire living space is on a single level. The primary bedroom is spacious and cozy. It has a king bed, additional seating, and a streaming TV for your viewing pleasure. The primary bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom an epic dual showerhead shower. There is a walk in closet and a sliding closet in the bathroom offering plenty of space for any length of stay.The other bedrooms are back through the foyer. It is nice as there are sliding glass doors there that allow you to open and close to section off noise and access which is a fantastic amenity for groups and families. Both bedrooms are set up in a jack and jill style where they share a full bath but have independent access through the foyer.As an additional fun amenity for all ages is the game room. From the deck you can access this incredible space pack with seating and games. Whether it be billiards, ping pong, or foosball, there is something for everyone. Its the perfect spot to stream some music or a show on the smart TV and compete with your closest friends and family.Without a doubt, this is one of the most special homes you will find on the Oregon Coast. It has something for everyone. Each piece of furnishing and décor was procured to provide the perfect blend of style and comfort for any group. The views and ambiance are incredible to experience in any season. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel.
