Riverfront Property on the San Marcos River Welcome to the River Haus! Nestled on a gorgeous acre with a stunning view of the San Marcos River. This property has tons to offer for the entire family! Tubing, kayaking or enjoying the fresh outdoors is just steps away! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is fully equipped with multiple amenities indoors as well. Including Wifi, washer/dryer, Tv's, kitchenware, and toiletries. The river access is ideal with a dock and steps leading into the water easy to get in and out!Quiet gated community along the river front.The property is in a gated community, with ample parking in the circle drive way. We ask that you do not pull any vehicles off of the graveled area or to the back of the house as this can be damaging to our septic tank. Parking on the main street is NOT ALLOWED per HOA rules.Please take trash bin to the curb on Wednesday morning for trash pick up (if it applies to days you are renting the property)
