Redwoods Rising - Sweeping Views-Hot Tub Summary:Welcome to Redwoods Rising - our cozy cabin located in the peaceful woods of West Fork, Arkansas! Just 15 minutes from the U of A campus, our lodge includes luxury amenities for 4 inside, plus amazing outdoor amenities including a furnished screened-in porch, large patio, a hot tub and fire pit. Enjoy 360-degree views of the Ozark Mountains during your stay!The Space:When you arrive at our home, you'll enter through the screened-in porch on our front patio. On the porch, you'll find a hightop table with two barstools overlooking the yard, an l-shaped couch, a hanging egg chair, string lights and a hammock. This has to be our favorite "room" in the house!When entering through the front door, the first thing you'll notice is our stunning log cabin walls, corrugated ceilings and cabin-like decor. Straight ahead, you'll see our fully-stocked kitchen with rustic wooden cabinetry, plenty of storage, and an island with barstool seating. To the right, you'll see our our living space with an overstuffed sectional, a 44-inch Hinsense Roku TV and plenty of natural light. Between these two spaces, you'll find an electric fireplace, perfect for heating the home. At the end of the day, settle into one of our luxury beds. (1) Up the spiral staircase in the loft, you'll find a King-size bed, Twin-size bed, hanging rod for clothes and nearby bathroom. (2) In the living room, you can pullout the couch into a Full-size bed. Our bathroom with laundry can also be found on the main floor.Back outside, we invite you to enjoy our screened-in porch, large patio, hot tub, fire pit and SWEEPING mountain views! If you're looking to get out and enjoy the Ozark Mountains, travel 20 minutes down the road to Devil's Den State Park, where you'll find hiking and river activities. You can also head 5 minutes down the road to enjoy the West Fork River, walking trails and picnic areas at Riverside Park.Other Things to Note:★ 5 minute drive to Riverside Park.★ 15 minute drive to the University of Arkansas Campus★ 20 minute drive to the Fayetteville Square. ★ 20 minute drive to the Devil's Den State Park ★ Sleeps 4!★ 1 King bed, 1 Twin bed, 1 Full pullout bed. ★ Outdoor living spaces with multiple seating areas.★ Brand new hot tub!★ Screened-in porch, large patio and fire pit!★ Fully-stocked kitchen. ★ Cozy living room.★ Amazing cabin decor.★ Fresh towels and linens for your stay.★ Washer and dryer available for guest-use.★ Although we recognize how important a role pets can play in each of our lives, we ask that you please refrain from bringing your pets to this property in order to protect the health of those with pet allergies!Guest Access:Guest Access and Amenities:Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.Other Things to Note:House Rules Strictly Enforced:Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
