High-speed internet is available throughout the home.FIRST FLOOR: Up several steps from the driveway, the main entry opens to an expansive combined living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and magnificent views of the water. The kitchen has granite countertops, a Viking stove, a JennAir refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher. The dining table can seat up to seven. Sliding doors lead to a furnished deck with views of the water. Two bedrooms, one with Queen bed and another one with a Twin over a Queen bunk bed can be found on this level as well as a shared full bath with a walk-in shower and laundry room.SECOND FLOOR: Open to the living room below with views of the water, a small loft space with seating provides a nice place for reading or relaxing. Master bedroom with King bed, a/c, large flat-screen TV, and private full bath with walk-in shower and spa-like jetted tub. Sliding doors open to a small balcony. Master Bedroom can be closed off for privacy.LOWER LEVEL: With access to the front yard via sliding doors, the family room offers a comfortable space for relaxing watching TV, on the large screen, or doing crafts or puzzles at the table. Here you will find a half bath, a desk if you need to work at your computer and direct access to the patio.OUTDOOR SPACES: Recently landscaped, the front yard area offers an attractive space for outdoor seating and bird watching. The shore and beach are both easy to access and protected. Note the granite outcroppings, perfect for exploring tide pools at low tide! A table and chairs are available on the deck for outdoor dining; an additional folding table and chairs can be found in the basement closet to offer additional seating on the deck. Two chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs on the patio offer ample seating for all.
