Centrally Located East Wenatchee Home Fantastic location for any getaway! Located 3 minutes from the country club golf course and less than 20 minutes from 4 others, this is a perfect house for a golf weekend. Lake Chelan and Leavenworth both only 45 Minutes away makes day trips to either of these tourists destinations a breeze. If all you want is peace and quiet we have that for you too. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. The backyard and patio are very private and make it easy to gather with family and friends or escape for relaxation. For winter guests we encourage you to visit Mission Ridge a skiers and snowboarders haven for beginners and seasoned veterans alike.After exploring so much that the Wenatchee valley and surrounding areas has to offer, its time to enjoy your home away from home. Inside the home are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, 5 queens beds make up the sleeping quarters of all of the rooms. In the upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining and one of the two living rooms. The living room has to sectional couches for ample seating and a 55 inch TV equipped with Netflix, HBO Now and Hulu with live TV streaming for your entertainment. The kitchen has more than enough cabinet space and counter space for storage and preparation for a feast. All utensils and dishes are included and an efficient dishwasher to make clean up easy. Directly out the back door is a gas grill and patio table with seating for 4. On a nice summer day there is enough dining space for 13 guests at the tables. Downstairs is where one of the four bedrooms, this one with two queen beds, is located. Also downstairs is one bath with stand up shower and a sauna which is available to guests. The living room has seating for a large group and a kid friendly area with board games and books. The 55 inch TV is equipped with the same services as upstairs. All rooms are equipped with alarm clock and bedside table lamp. There are plenty of towels for even the largest capacity groups and a washer and dryer to accommodate your laundry needs especially on longer stays. The garage door with two remotes makes keeping your car out of the weather and coming and going very convenient.
