Quiet retreat close to downtown The Serenity Blue is the perfect place for the quiet weekend away or for a group get together. It's quiet country living and 5 minutes to downtown. There is a private office if you have to work while on vacation and a large dining area for the whole family. Upstairs offers a great room for watching movies or playing board games and has 2 fold out sofas for sleeping. Outside is a large covered patio for siting and visiting with friends and family or grilling out. Bring the marshmallows and take advantage of the fire pit area. Both the back yard and front yard have more than enough room for kids to run and play and burn off that endless energy. This home is less than a 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Eufaula, where you can enjoy small town life in a big way with a little shopping and fantastic dining choices. The heart of Eufaula also allows you to take advantage of the great beach and swim area at Eufaula Cove, with picnic tables, volleyball, and great areas for fishing. This is a great place to enjoy all the summer festivals and activities going on in our wonderful community and also have the quiet time to relax an unwind from the world.
