This cottage RV is situated on a low ridge in a private corner of our homestead. Located behind our home, With valley vistas and territorial views all around. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars ✨ We are a family homestead in the verdant Pacific Northwest. Just a short distance from Merwin Dam, Yale lake, The Ape Cave Lava Tubes, and The Famous Mt. Saint Helens! Just to name a few!Welcome! **We have upgraded the BNB with your own private backyard area, fire pit, and room for tent camping** We are near the beautiful Gifford Pinchot National Forest! Just 5 minutes from Merwin Dam, 10 miles from Yale lake and 20 miles fromThe Famous Ape Cave Lava Tubes. Just to name a few! Tons of fishing and recreation all around! Our luxury 2022 Cottage RV sits on a ridge behind our home, yet private! With WIFi capability, It can accommodate up to 8. Three of those being loft sleepers with twin bed mats upstairs. (This is a small space, best suited for children) There is 1 king bedroom with a TV, a sleeper sofa and 1 rollaway bed. There is an additional Sleeper sofa in the rec. room not accounted for. The rec. room also has a TV and games. The TV’s are all equipped with a Roku and Netflix! The cottage is attached to a very large private covered deck with outdoor dining! Enjoy your private Fire Pit area with room for the kids to pitch a tent 🏕️ in your backyard! Our homestead is the real deal. We are big on recycling and repurposing. You’ll find that around our property with things like our homemade chicken coop and duck pen. You’ll find everything fromchickens, ducks and turkeys to Alpacas, a llama and goats! Even barn cats! There are also two mules that border our property (The grounds keepers)!This is a family home and we live here. Guests can walk the property. But please don’t go up the ridge, or the barns up the hill. That isn’t our property. Guests have full access to the RV and private covered porch and rec. room, private backyard/Fire pit area. Please do not open gates and enter animal pens without host present.This is a farm! There are farm noises! A rooster, ducks, turkeys and goats. They are all pretty vocal! Your Rv, private deck and recreational room are not shared with other guests. They are private. The property is shared by our family and dogs. We live here in the house in front. We work on the property daily and you will see us around.***Please Note: If you plan to visit the Ape Caves: Timed reservations are required to visit Ape Cave during the open season: May 18 Cave through October 31. Choose a two-hour time slot for your desired day on recreation . gov ($2 admin fee).***
