It’s an outdoor paradise with lots to do, and the sprawling house with its charming blend of vintage and log cabin decor offers 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 10 beds altogether (2 Kings, 4 Queens, 1 full, 1 twin, 1 single Murphy bed and 1 double sofa bed) and sits on 28 partially wooded acres with 2 aerated ponds, one stocked with fish, 2 kayaks and a 4 seat paddle boat, 15 acres of wooded hiking trails, huge grassy areas for picnics, baseball and other sports, 3 electric bikes and a golf cart. Behind the house is a 1 acre, fenced-in dog park/woods. 2 huge master bedrooms on the second floor both have balconies and attached bathrooms which boast Jacuzzis and separate showers. There is a bedroom with a log cabin Queen bed and attached full bath on the main floor for those who don’t like stairs. Another full bath waits in the downstairs recreation area: a high ceiling walk out basement with a huge bar, 9 barstools and a large screen TV, a table and chairs, swivel chairs and a sofa couch with a TV projector and 10 foot screen, electric dart board and a huge bedroom with mirrored closets and 2 queen beds. Kids will love the full and twin log cabin beds situated in a 3rd floor loft with its own TV. In fact, each bedroom has a TV, as does one of the two 4 car garages (we subscribe to Dog TV) used as an enclosed dog recreation area with 5 dog beds and 2 large kennels, a/c and heat, a dog wash station and a doggie door leading out to an 6 x 12 ft enclosed dog relief area with yet another door leading out to the fenced in dog woods. We close this door at night. The updated, modern kitchen hosts all new appliances: an air fryer, a deep fryer, a bread machine, a blender, 2 toasters, a Breville espresso machine, a pressure cooker, a hot pot, 2 ovens, a 6 burner stove, a microwave and a long table that seats 10, as well as a butcher block island that seats three. Wrap around wooden decks in both the front and back yards lead onto 2 gazebos with dining tables. A third gazebo with a table and four chairs sits next to the big pond several hundred feet from the house, and the basement doors in the huge rec room lead out to a patio with two fire pits beneath a pergola overlooking the small pond. Patio furniture, a bbq grill, rocking chairs and benches adorn all the decks and patios in the Summer and Fall. A large firepit sits in the 4 acre backyard encircled by 6 adirondack chairs, end tables and 2 benches. The backyard gazebo has a fireplace, as does the living room and master bedroom. There is also an office with a computer, printer and a large round dining table. Yet another huge bedroom with a king sized bed on the 2nd floor has been made into an art studio with a wide assortment of art materials, paper, canvases, etc., for grown ups and children, easels, tables and chairs and benches, as well as a sitting area with couch and big screen TV. This room has two balconies. It leads down to the garage so it offers a private entrance and exit. From the garage you can also access the basement with a large laundry room, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a steam wrinkle remover, along with a microwave oven and sink. Dogs are welcome so long as they remain in the dog garage, dog woods or outdoor areas. You can leave them for hours at a time in the enclosed dog quarters with access to the 2 acre outdoor dog park.
