Basement has 2 bunks. The kitchen is well stocked & dining area accommodates 10. Fireplace is enjoyed from both living and kitchen. TV room with 55' flat screen TV. Loft has pool table and ping pond option as well as flat screen TV. Full sized laundry room. Enjoy curling up with a book by the window and watching wildlife pass by....Moose, deer, etc. Or spend your day skiing or riding at one of many ski resorts in the Utah area. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are closest 10 & 20 mins and Park City, Alta & Snowbird are approximately an 1 to 1.5 hours drive. Summer lake sports are available nearby at Club Rec...Boating, water skiing, kayaking, SUP, etc.
