Our home is located in the City of Manor which borders the City of Austin near TESLA, Amazon, Samsung, and so much more.I’ve enjoyed hosting numerous guests including business professionals, friends, and families vacationing in the area, as well as guests who are relocating to the Austin metro or currently seeking housing while remodeling their home. This home includes carefully considered designs down to every last detail. With elegant charming designs and personal character, the home is as welcoming as it is relaxing. You can expect to have access to the Wifi, a TV ready for streaming, and a full kitchen with all the cooking essentials plus more.Please know that we do use scents-plugins in our home to create an aromatic environment. Quiet Hours from - 10 PM - 8 AM 1st report of excessive noise = Warning2nd report of excessive noise = $200 fine and/or termination of the reservation without refund.You will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee if the property is left extremely dirty. You will be charged the following for stolen or soiled linens or towels: $10 per towel, $15 per sheet, $30 per duvet cover; any other items will be charged according to their actual cost and delivery costsThis is a smoke-free home, with no smoking of any kind on the property. No smoking of any substance including vaping in the home. Violators will be charged $200 + any fees to conduct a deep cleaning of the propertyWe love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic. No Pets are allowed inside the home.If you bring a pet without our consent, there will be a $250 fee or more and we do reserve the right to terminate your reservation without a refund. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately. If it's a larger issue (e.g. broken TV screen!) there will be an initial $200 fine + any fees to repair and replace. If you need a late checkout, please contact us. We cannot guarantee a late checkout at any time. If you stay 10 minutes past the 11 AM check-out time without approval, you will be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts. The fee does not award you an extra day. Violation of this rule would be considered trespassing.If you require additional services such as catering, outdoor grilling, hosting a small gathering, etc, please reach out prior to booking about your full intentions for the space and we can discuss further.You will need to state your full intentions before the booking is approved, if you do something outside what was originally stated you will risk your booking ending early.Expect to receive timely responses to your questions from me.
