The Casita features real European oak wood floors throughout, 2 large covered patios, Saltillo tile in the bathroom and patios, marble countertops, custom wooden French doors/windows and a full size washer/dryer. Location is minutes from the Carlsbad beaches with easy access to major San Diego freeways. Guests enjoy separate private gated entrance with parking available up to 4 vehicles. Netflix/Hulu/Amazon/Disney+ and Internet/utilities all included with 65 inch smart TV. King size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Garner ll Medium Pillow Top mattress. An air mattress is available too for extra guests. Kitchen features all brand new Samsung appliances. Please note there is a beautiful stone fireplace but NOT for use at this time. The property has nice walking trails with some hills for extra exercise.
