This house is in a close range to Shopping, Hospitals, Hiking Trails, Ski Resorts and Silicone Slopes. Three separate large bedrooms with new Memory Foam Mattresses offer comfortable sleep for total of six people . These three bedrooms are located on the level floor. Additional sleeping area is available in the basement with One King size Bed, One twin size bed and One couch. Two living common areas, one with large seating area for Family Gatherings and the other separate living area with 5 people seating area. The front of the house offers Great View to the Mountain and a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many trails and only 25mi to Sundance Ski resort. There are 3 Smart TVs, wireless internet, washer and dryer. Nice and Cozy fire place and back yard with portable charcoal Grill. Two car garage and a overflow refrigerator.
