Lakefront Cabin on Hyco Lake Quiet lakefront home. Our lake house is located in a not so busy pass through part of the lake. Lakefront Cabin on Hyco Lake Quiet lakefront home. Our lake house is located in a not so busy pass through part of the lake. We have new for 2022, Patio doors with sliding screen, no more carpet upstairs, now new vinyl laminate wood-look. 2021 updates: HVAC Units, new electric stove/oven, new refrigerator and a few other updates. An outdoor patio, gas grills, small fridge and outdoor brick fireplace and plenty of chairs/tables for those nights grilling out or having a cocktail overlooking the lake. Outdoor string of lights over the patio area. 3bed & 2 bathrooms, One King downstairs, and bathroom and 1 King / 1 Queen upstairs and bathroom and1 rollaway bed for extra sleeping. Can sleep up to 6-7. More then this amount can be discussed.Kitchen, dining and living area open concept. Dining table seats 6, and 3 counter bar seats. Fresh sheets, fresh towels, paper towels and toilet tissue provided. There is a washer and dryer to do laundry. We DO have satelite tv in main living space and one bedroom upstairs. There is NO internet in our area due to being so rural. Bring your boat or jet ski and park beside long dock. Or Lake Boat Rentals are available from Hyco Lake Boat Rentals. https://hycolake.boatstr.com/We have one paddle board and one kayak on dock for use and we have standard size, youth and child size life vests for use. Bring your fishing poles or a float to enjoy a day floating. Sorry NO pets. NO smoking in the cabin. NO house parties.
