We regularly have delivery vehicles, front wheel drive sedans, and just about any vehicle you can imagine come up the drive. While it is gravel, it is a gradual incline and pretty easy going.You are minutes (10 - 15) from Asheville, Sierra Nevada Brewery, The Airport, and many other amenities. HOWEVER, as there is no land developed around the property you are in a natural environment. There are bears and other wildlife that you may encounter.
