Guests may use their own streaming sites to watch TV or use a provided Netflix account on the various Smart TVs.NeighborhoodLocated in a rural area in Exeter, California, in fields of orange trees known as orange groves. Feel free to walk around the trees and pick an orange to enjoy. At the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains, views are breathtaking, especially after the rain on a really clear day, or during the winter when the mountains are snow-capped. In the Spring, the foothills come alive with wildflowers.Additional Rules1. Communication is key! Guests are welcome to text, call, or email us with any questions or needs. You'll receive check-in and check-out information via email or text. Check-in after 4 pm. Check out by 11 am. Our office hours are between 8 am-9 pm, please communicate between those hours, and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9 pm.2. Honesty is the best Policy! We need to know the correct amount of people staying, and any guests you plan to have at the property. Maximum Occupancy is 8 total individuals. Pets are welcome! There is an additional pet fee of $1003. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, stay far from the house and dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. *Events may be allowed if they are discussed and approved ahead of time. This is a great venue for small showers or birthday parties, but all events MUST be approved. Event fees start at $500.4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, fire pit, etc.) and exercise equipment, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a big mess.
