We have room for 2-15.Roku TV, laundry, included!The spaceThe home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The great room has two sitting areas, one to take in the view of the Sierra Nevadas and the other around a 60" flat screen TV. A dining table for 8 and a full kitchen round out the great room. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and TV room with a sectional sofa and 48" TV are adjacent to the kitchen. Outside you will find a large deep pool, fire pit, BBQ, dining table, grass area and carport.Guest accessGuests will have access to the whole house and surrouding yard and pool.Other things to noteNote: A 10% tax is already included in the total fees. This tax, required by Tulare County, is paid by the host.
