If you'd prefer to cook your own food, groceries are conveniently close to your vacation home, too.Inside, the main living room features high ceilings, a fireplace, comfy, retro-style chairs, and a sofa. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. Off the kitchen area, you'll find a sunroom that is so wonderfully cozy and ready for a great book, and if you get too cozy and need a little shut-eye, this room includes a daybed and trundle. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances and gadgets needed to whip up delicious meals with loved ones. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for the coffee lovers in the group. In the serene backyard, grill a meal, dine alfresco, or sway in the hammocks. The garage is equipped with a bike stand for the mountain bikers in the group. THINGS TO KNOWThis property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
