This newly renovated & professionally decorated home can sleep up to up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms. Our living room is complete with plenty of seating and authentic mid century modern flair, plus a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances & amenities. Outside, enjoy our furnished patio with gas grill.The Space:Located in the heart of Bentonville, our home is just a 5 minute drive (or 10 minute bike ride) to all of Bentonville's key locations. Hop on the greenway within just 1 block, or travel 2 miles to access both DT Bentonville or Crystal Bridges Art Museum. The space: Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to all Bentonville has to offer. Our home has a 2-car garage perfect for bike storage or to park cars. We provide two cruiser bicycles for guest use. Inside, you'll enjoy our open concept living room and kitchen. Our living room is the perfect setting for enjoying conversation with friends, snuggling up to watch a movie on our large Smart TV with YouTube TV or playing a board game with the kids. Featuring fun decor & vintage kaleidoscopes! Our kitchen is newly renovated and features stunning quartzite countertops and bar seating plus all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking, and coffee supplies. On one end of the kitchen, you'll find our washer and dryer and on the other, you'll find our 6-person dining table with direct access to the porch with gas grill. When it's time to settle for the evening, choose from any of our four private bedrooms, each with high end memory foam mattresses. Choose from (1) Our King bedroom complete with a closet, dresser and en suite bath with shower. (2) Our 2nd King bedroom complete with a closet and dresser (3) Down the hall, our Queen bedroom has a closet, dresser and private bath with a shower. (4) Finally, our last Queen bedroom has a closet, dresser and nearby bathroom. All four bedrooms have blackout curtains. Our outside living is host to two living areas. One in front of the house and one in the backyard - (1) A front porch seating area complete with two comfy patio chairs. (2) A furnished patio off the kitchen, which is host to a gas grill. A four-top dining table can be found toward the middle of the yard. Fenced in yard. Easily hit the bike trail from our home - within just 1 block. While on the trail, swing by Crystal Bridges, an art museum with a renowned collection ranging from Rockwell to Warhol in a striking structure set on 120 lush acres. (fenced in back yard!)Guest Access:Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.Other Things to Note:House Rules Strictly Enforced:Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $40 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
