The aloha spirit embodies warmth, friendship and a spirit of good will. We have tried to incorporate this spirit into our home for the enjoyment of all our guests. Swim, fish and go kayaking right from the dock in your back yard on the cleanest lake east of the rocky mountains. This beautiful home in a gated community boasts five bedrooms each with its own full bath and family rooms upstairs and down that have large flat screen tv's with service by Directv. This is an ideal vacation getaway for families or small groups. Lake Auman is a one thousand acre lake with outstanding fishing and clear, fresh water. Fish and swim right from your own dock or launch your kayak if you like. If you like to golf, Pinehurst is only 15 minutes away as are many other top notch golf courses. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, but it is close to shopping and other attractions. In spite of its convenient, prime location, the area is home to many bird species. You may even see a Bald Eagle as it passes to or from its nearby nest. The home was completed in 2013 and built to take advantage of the beautiful lake views from every room. Upstairs has two bedrooms, two baths, a family room, kitchen, dining area and a Carolina room. Downstairs has three bedrooms, three and one half baths and a family room. There is a large deck upstairs and a lake level patio downstairs. Please look at all of the pictures and feel free to contact the owner with any questions. You will want to return for years to come. This home is available on a monthly or seasonal basis. Rates may vary based on length of stay.
