Lovely Home, Sound Access - Come & Enjoy The Lucky Fish Cottage Refreshed and ready for Summer! Nicely furnished & appointed, great for hosting families or groups of friends. 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Baths and large media room with extra sleeping space if needed. The house is well stocked with what you need from kitchen to beach gear. Super, South End location. Walk to ocean beach or sound fishing, swimming, kayak and SUP access point. We built with our family and friends in mind and hope you will enjoy this cottage as much as we do. 1 mile to Town Center-playground, restaurants, shopping, wine bar/coffee shop, marina/boat launch, mini-golf, roller skating & Jolly Roger Fishing Pier. There are a couple craft beer, bottle shops on the way in. New Surf City restaurants, breweries, a distillery, grocery stores, etc. The house Interior has all you can wish for and exterior has several deck & porch options along with a nice, grassy back yard for games. Outdoor shower under the house, perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Storage room with plenty of gear: chairs, cooler, beach cart, boogie boards, 3 kayaks, 4 bikes, 1 SUP, beach toys, corn hole game, etc. Easy, vacation living is what we strive for with nice accommodations, similar to what folks are used to rather than "roughing it" at the beach! The perfect spot for adults and kids...everyone will be VERY happy! Please contact us to answer any questions. We would love to help you plan the perfect vacation for your group! Topsail Beach is a special place and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. This is the perfect home for holiday and special occasion celebrations! We have a large kitchen island, big dining table with many chairs and a fully stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, cookware and dishes. Outdoor picnic table and grill, media room, great for family games or movie nights. The game closet can't be beat! Downstairs living room has a flat screen TV above the fire place w sound bar and there is a second, larger TV upstairs. We have deeded sound access across from the house. There is sound access across the street for swimming, SUP and Kayaking. For larger boats, we recommend Bush's Marine which is friendly and reasonable. You can use the ramp for the day or rent a slip.
