The house is located at a 5min walk from the largest park in town & a 5min drive from the largest store in town. Furthermore, there are several wineries located about 15 minutes away. This is an absolute pristine destination for any tourists, students and weekend warriors. Furthermore, there is a separate guesthouse on the property where travel nurses occasionally stay, to which it has its own entrance. This area is not available to you, nor is the garage at the moment.
