Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.✹ Late Check-out: Late check out request are seldomly approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am.✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.★★ PETS ARE ALLOWED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS✹ We welcome well-behaved pets. Only 3 pets are allowed per reservation (More than 3 pets are negotiable, please seek host approval first before making the reservation) ✹ Pets must be house-trained and under their owner's control at all times. They should not be left unattended in the rental property at any time.✹ Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
