The apartment includes a private entrance, a large bedroom with a King size bed ( New Zinus 12in Memory Foam King Mattress 04/2021), walk in closet, modern kitchen with dining space that opens to living area, an outdoor patio with seating, a clean bathroom with shower, and vanity. Abundant off street parking, and WIFI access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway and downtown. Guests will have access to the entire house and private outdoor area. Located four miles to eclectic West Asheville and just a fifteen minutes to the heart of downtown. The home is just down the street from several breweries, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, antique barns, and HWY 40. This location is central to everything you want to see and do while in asheville. Please note that there is a separate living space above with separate entrance that is not a part of this rental. It is its own living space, you have your own entrance, outdoor area, and privacy. We promise you a very clean and well maintained home that is thoughtfully furnished with your every need in mind! You are also just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity!
